Each Compactor Truck Comprises of a Team of:
Transportation of Waste
The transportation of waste is the movement of waste from a specific area by waste compactor trucks, Skip loader or tipper truck to a specific municipal landfill site.
The type of waste that may be transported range from municipal residential waste to rubble.
MCIJO GROUP (PTY) LTD utilised 10 compactors leased on a 36-month contract from SUNSU SUNGU PROJECTS cc. This agreement gives us as a company an edge when it comes to the amount of equipment “Trucks” we have at our disposal for our day to day operations.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Control
It is a process of looking for symptoms rather than waiting for a shortcoming to become a problem. Monitoring, evaluation, and control is a process of measuring performance of the ground runner and drivers and taking corrective action to ensure the operations of the organisation run smoothly.
This function of Monitoring, Evaluation and Control is undertaken by the ground supervisors. Each supervisor is given a company telephone and company vehicle and they have access and contact with the different municipal waste depot supervisors.
This continual chain of communication ensures that we as the organisation are in constant contact with our client and hence can perform our functions to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Final Disposal of Waste
This has traditionally been by the disposal of waste to landfill sites. Landfilling is ranked the lowest in the hierarchy of waste due to the lack of utilization of the resources in the waste in the waste and is generally how NON-TOXIC waste is disposed.
This is the final stage in our operation process.
